My coaching strategy
My method involves a holistic approach to discovering optimal wellness and balance that works for YOU. I learn more about you, including: medical history, current + past wellness practices, lifestyle, habits, medications, supplements, food + nutritional concerns, relationship with food, food patterns, current stressors, self-care techniques, barriers to change, exercise/movement and what you do for fun. We will highlight your "WHY" and I will coach you through that along the way. Together we will work towards your goals, both current + long term. After learning more about you, your WHY, and your goals, we will develop a personalized treatment plan to help optimize your total wellness. We will look at things like digestive health, inflammation, food sensitivities, stress response, mindfulness, sleep, and genetics to discover your unique nutritional therapy needs and improve your quality of life. Throughout our time together I will provide ongoing support and motivation, and give you tools that you need to create sustainable changes and leave you feeling your very best! Total Body Mind Movement Reboot (12-Weeks)
This intensive program offers a holistic approach to wellness and weight loss, and removes the “one size fits all” idea of health. We understand that it requires more than just a “diet” to make a sustainable change that fosters total wellness as well as weight maintenance. Together we will set goals and take it one day at a time to achieve positive change and create healthy habits. This functional approach takes into account all of the different layers that make you a unique individual, and we will customize your nutritional guidelines to meet your personal needs. I will also offer tips and education on how to take care of other important areas of your life, such as mindset, exercise, your social connectedness plus much more. This is perfect for the person who needs accountability, education, emotional support, motivation, and help sifting through nutritional “rules” and addressing their bio-individuality.
YOU, Refreshed ( 6-weeks)
This program is for the individual that may already be on the road to optimal health, but needs a little assistance getting back on track or making a nutritional self-discovery. An illness, allergy, or major life event may have halted your momentum or created a new issue you’d like to work through. Also great for those who need a metabolic re-charge after a longer than anticipated holiday or break. Let’s sift through the nutritional and health “fluff” together to find what YOU need.
Jumpstart + Re-balance
Add-on option for hourly consultations. Regain your energy and find the motivation you need! If weekly packages are not your cup of tea, but would like additional support and accountability, this package may be your best option!
Hourly Basic Nutritional Counseling
Have a specific medical diagnosis that requires a change in your diet? Or an interest in learning more about a certain topic? Or just wanting to learn foundational tools for health and wellness? You pick! You select the amount of time you would like, as well as the subject. You will fill out intensive intake paperwork and symptoms checker/goals prior to appointment. We will meet for one hour, create a personalized action plan, and have a 15-minute phone follow-up to address any questions a few days after counseling session. The topic will be determined prior to initial meeting, and educational handouts and other material will be provided as needed.
